Wok 1

Estela and Ale taught me this recipe in Brussels. It is not typical from there, but it is really good!

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

- Rice
- Mushrooms
- Courgette
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Maggi sauce: "de enige echte" (if you are in The Netherlands), Jugo Maggi (if you are in Spain) and for the rest of the countries, look for the same sauce that appears in the picture. It's name can be "Maggi juice" or "The real one" or who knows...
- Salt

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion in little pieces and in a wok (or if you don't have, in a pan) with olive oil fry it. When it is half cooked, add the courgette and bit of salt. When it is nearly ready add the mushrooms, a bit of the maggi sauce and let it cook.

2. While you are cooking the other ingredients, prepare the rice in a pot.

3. When everything is ready mix it and add as much maggi sauce as you like.

Enjoy!

Bread
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt
Garlic
3 or 4 Tomatos or a 1/2 Kilo Tomato tin

6. Once it is done, add one or two more glasses of water and stir.
